We will not undertake work for which we are not qualified, but will assist you to find qualified and competent consultancy elsewhere, rather than leave at the mercy of the less ethical members of the profession.

About the lead consultant
Winston has been helping firms achieve ISO 9001 certification for the past twenty years. He has helped large multi-nationals and companies with as few as four people. Working in most industrial and commercial sectors has given a him a wide experience and he is able to transfer best practice ideas from industry to commerce and vice-versa.
In response to client demand he has created a series of training packages covering all aspects of quality and these courses have been given to over 2000 people.
He is qualified to lead assessor standard for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 - the environmental standard and OHSAS 18001 - the health and safety standard. His degree encompasses organisational systems and occupational psychology; he has a post graduate diploma in manufacturing and computers.
He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Quality and is registered as a senior consultant on their approved consultant list.
